Overview
This scholarship is provided by the family of the late Dr Denis P Mackey to mark his substantial contribution to medical general practice in Tasmania.
Eligibility
- Available to a student enrolled in fourth or fifth year of the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (H3X) in 2027 and undertaking an elective in general practice or a general practice placement that requires additional financial assistance, e.g. working in remote areas.
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
